Get CRO Audit

Find the leaks before you spend more on traffic.

A CRO audit is a structured diagnosis of where and why your visitors drop off. You get the evidence, a ranked list of fixes and a test roadmap your team can act on the following week.

The problem

Redesigns guess. Audits measure.

Most teams know conversion is lower than it should be. Few know exactly where it breaks, for which visitors, and why. Without that, every redesign is a bet, and the next round of ad spend inherits the same leaks.

An audit replaces opinions with evidence. It tells you which problems are worth fixing, which ones are cosmetic, and which fixes should be tested before they are rolled out.

What we analyze

Eight lenses. A problem makes the final list only when more than one of them points to it.

  1. 01

    Analytics and tracking

Is the data trustworthy? We check GA4, tag setup and event coverage before drawing any conclusion from it.

  2. 02

    Funnel analysis

Step-by-step drop-off by device, traffic source, new versus returning, and landing page.

  3. 03

    Heuristic evaluation

An expert review of clarity, relevance, motivation, friction, anxiety and distraction on key templates.

  4. 04

    UX analysis

Navigation, hierarchy, forms, accessibility and mobile usability on the paths that carry revenue.

  5. 05

    User behavior

Session recordings, heatmaps and scroll depth on the pages where the funnel leaks most.

  6. 06

    Voice of customer

Short on-site and post-purchase surveys that reveal objections in the customer's own words.

  7. 07

    Competitor research

How your offer, proof and checkout compare with the three alternatives your visitors also consider.

  8. 08

    Experiment opportunities

Every finding turned into a hypothesis, scored for impact, confidence and effort.

Our approach

  1. Week 1

    Access and data check

Kickoff call, access to analytics and tools, tracking validation, goals and constraints agreed.

  2. Week 1 to 2

    Quantitative and qualitative research

Funnel and segment analysis, recordings, surveys and the heuristic review run in parallel.

  3. Week 2 to 3

    Synthesis and prioritization

Findings grouped into problems, problems into hypotheses, hypotheses ranked into a roadmap.

  4. Week 3

    Walkthrough with your team

A working session where we go through the evidence, agree priorities and hand over the roadmap.

Audit FAQ

How long does a CRO audit take?

Usually two to three weeks from the day we receive access, depending on the size of the site and how much research we run.

What access do you need?

Read access to analytics (GA4 or similar), Google Tag Manager, your ecommerce or CMS admin, and any heatmap or recording tool you already use. If you have none, we install a lightweight one.

How much traffic do I need?

An audit is useful at almost any traffic level. Running A/B tests afterwards needs enough conversions per month; if you do not have them yet, the roadmap focuses on fixes and research-backed changes instead.

Do you implement the changes too?

We can. Many clients move straight into a testing program where we build and run the experiments. Others hand the roadmap to their own developers.
